What is Adopt-A-Phone?

Since 2012, Adopt-A-Phone has been selling phones under the parent company, TSG Wholesale. We have sold over $10 Million on eBay and now are offering even lower prices on our new Adopt-A-Phone.com. We offer a wide variety of all the Apple products and the latest Samsung devices Certified-Used by Adopt-A-Phone.

About Our Devices

What is Like New?​

Like New means it may have very very minor cosmetic blemishes, typically on the case and frame. The device will be 100% functional, clean ESN, and ready to activate. All batteries are running on Peak Performance! All phones come in our custom box with custom charging accessories and a complimentary Pop Socket.  See our Condition Description for complete details.

Does it have a warranty?

Yes! Adopt-A-Phone has a 1 year warranty with each purchase. See Warranty & Guarantee page for more details.

Service Providers

What is GSM Unlocked? 

GSM Unlock means that the device can be used worldwide with any GSM Carrier. NOT CDMA such as Sprint, Verizon, etc. 

Please check for your correct carrier compatibility before purchase!

Is a SIM Card included? 

No! You will be responsible for providing your SIM Card from your carrier. Each phone will be ready to activate when your SIM is inserted.

Will this work with my carrier? I don't see my carrier?

If you are not sure if you are choosing the right carrier click here for a complete list of compatible networks!

Any MVNO Carriers (Straight Talk, Cricket, etc.) will need to check to make sure you purchase the correct carrier! Also feel free to message us anytime!

Payment & Shipping

How do I pay for my item?

To ensure secure payment, all purchases must be made through PayPal. All devices must be fully paid for before shipment, we do not accept payment plans.

How does shipping work?

  • Shipping is always free with Adopt-A-Phone!

  • Tracking number within 1-business day

  • We will not change the address after purchase

  • No global shipping or reshipping companies

Can I ship internationally?

No at this time we cannot support international shipments. Any 3rd-party re-shipping companies may require additional security such as Adult Signature or Hold For Pickup.  For international shipping use eBay Global Shipping Program

Returns & Exchanges

​

How do I return a device?

 Free 30-day return shipping! Returns MUST be approved through our system and will be processed and refunded within 5-business days. Go to your Adopt-A-Phone Confirmation Email for the link to start your return.

Can I exchange my purchase?

If you would like to exchange your purchase rather than a refund you must clarify upon your return request. If we do not have the same item, or similar item approved by the buyer, a refund must be issued.

When will I receive my refund?

We promise 2-business days after confirmed delivery to have your return processed and refunded!
